		<description>The second IP address all depends on the Wireless Access Point they connect to.  But most likely yes, it would be a different IP.  My home network has a single external facing IP.  If I went down the street to a Starbucks and used the free wifi there, I would be seen on a different IP.  The easiest way to test for yourself is to browse to whatismyipaddress.com from home, and then again from a nearby location, and you will see 2 separate IP addresses between the two locations.</description>

		<description>hi... if someone sends an email away from their home, where their original IP address is located, like go another 200 miles away...and they are using wireless, would they be sending email from a different IP address?  youa re so helpful... i thankyou</description>

I have seen in some cases where a single IP does belong to a single host machine.  Mail servers have their own IP as well, but it might not be a publicly networked one.
