Amanda and I saw the Ruins this past weekend. It seems as if it would have come from a book (which it did). I do not feel it related well to the theatre. Overall a good movie, but it pissed me off that the one character that started the whole issue in the movie is the only one that lived, my Rating:

I got to see Doomsday yesterday with Erik and Aunt Lydia. It was worth seeing, and the best part about the movie is that Nothing I had expected to happen actually happened except for like one thing. I can usually see the plot line before it becomes obvious, but not with this movie. My Rating:

and highly recommended.

Amanda and I saw Cloverfied. I don’t want to ruin it for others so I will tell you I liked it, I did not get sick and I saw the ending coming about 30 minutes before we got to it. BTW, there is content after the credits, listen carefully. My Rating:

Amanda and I saw Sweeney Todd, Finally, it was a graphic musical with a sad ending, but I liked it. It had some similarities with Pirates of the Carribean, including a ship at one point and even a line Johnny Depp says is from the movie. Overall, Rating:

So we saw Sweeney Todd today, psyche, thanks Amanda. We instead sat at the theatre for 50 minutes before Amanda decided she wanted to go home. I wanted to stay but was tired. So we went to my house and watched this instead. The movie picks up a lot from the series, I really wish it had hit theatres. Was an enjoyable video all of the way through, but I started to see the end coming about a half hour before it arrived. Rating Rating:

Amanda took me to see this movie. It was a lot like the first, clues lead you to more clues. Although very similar to the first, still a movie worth it. A solid Rating:

Amanda finally agreed to see this movie. it starts of with them singing, which was nice. It has a lot of them singing, which was cool. Their first official song is the Christmas one, but it also keeps the point that the chipmunks are kids and also woodland creatures. Overall, Rating:

Amanda and I saw the move, apparently its a remake, of a remake, or they just remade the original again. Either way, not too bad, I give it a solid Rating:

This past Saturday Erik and I saw Hitman in Wilmington. He calls it cheesy goodness. I say I really liked it and felt it fairly well done. Vin Diesel was the Co producer for the film, I found that to be interesting. At one point a girl mentions she was sold on the black market for $300.00 Dollars American and I burst out with “Thats dirt cheap!”. It took me a bit to get used to Timothy Olyphant playing Agent 47, the Hitman, but I still fell he pulled it of well. My rating, a solid Rating:

Last night Amanda and I saw Dan in Real Life. It turned out to be a very good movie. The acting was very well done and the humor was well placed. In fact I felt Dane Cook even did a good job as an actor. It was witty, appropriately dramatic, and realistic in its shenanigans. I would recommend this movie to just about everyone I know. Fully worth a full priced ticket, although I felt it to be a bit on the short side. I loved the quote “This corn is like an angel.” I give it Rating:
